The Free Trial is designed to show you the full potential of the Keypup platform. It lasts for 14 days from sign-up, no credit card is required and there is no obligation to take a subscription plan at the end.

During the Free Trial, you benefit from all features of the platform, you can add as many users as you need and connect as many projects/repos to the platform.

At the end of your trial, in case you do not choose a subscription, your account remains valid and active and your projects are disconnected, so you are not billed for the service. Billing starts when projects are re-connected and a valid mean of payment is added to the account.

No we don't for any applications connected other than Azure DevOps. Keypup uses your OAuth token to access metadata such as pull requests, issues, labels, comments etc. but never accesses your codebase via git/https/api checkouts.

In the context of Azure DevOps only, Keypup fetches the repository code to compute diff statistics (lines added, lines removed, lines changed) for pull requests and their associated commits.

​This is necessary because the Azure DevOps API does not expose diff statistics on its API, making it impossible to calculate these values without fetching the code.

​You can contact our support team prior to importing your Azure DevOps projects to disable the fetching of the code. If you choose to disable this feature, please be aware that pull requests and commits will not have diff stats information (line changed, lines added, lines removed) on Keypup.

​We take the security of your code very seriously. Here are the measures we have in place:
- The code is fetched on a private bucket within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Code data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Repository names are masked to prevent identification.
- Our staff does not have access to the code.
- The code is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 24 hours after the last diff-stat operation is performed.

Keypup is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.

We do not fetch, copy, duplicate, modify or store any parts of your source code. Keypup only accesses metadata such as pull requests, issues, milestones, etc.

Our products support single sign on (SSO) via integrated applications for authentication.

We understand that security is critical, and we follow best practices & strict procedures to keep our systems - and your data - safe. We perform regular penetration testing and audits of Keypup and its infrastructure.

Keypup provides two levels of support: the technical support and the product expert support.

Technical Support

Provided free of charge to all trial users and customers. This support is available via the in-platform chat or by contact email and handles all requests related to your account administration (e.g. access question, billing matters, users management), your subscription management (e.g. connecting/disconnecting apps and projects/repos), and any technical matters related to the use of the platform.

Product Expert Support (optional - provided during the Free Trial)
This support is optional and provided for free during the platform free trial and on an additional subscription basis thereafter. The subscription can be cancelled any time. This support handles all requests related to the creation and building of insights and/or dashboards specific to your needs by your Product Expert.

You can cancel your subscription at any time you wish - by downgrading your subscription OR by terminating your account – we believe you stay with us because of the benefits you draw from Keypup, not because of a contractual obligation.

Cancellation will take effect immediately.

Keypup is compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

If you do not select a paid subscription at the end of your trial, the data you have on the Keypup platform remain yours and is not deleted. This is to facilitate selecting a subscription plan at a later stage. 

When you terminate/delete your account (unenroll), your data is automatically deleted from the Keypup platform. It is impossible to retrieve it afterwards.
